over wealth of appealing folkloric handicrafts. Amble through the craft
and jewelry shops in Chordeleg and visit to its fine community artisans
museum where you can often find weavers at work.
CAJAS LAKES
Cajas National Park is a high lake country, with over 200 lakes situated
at 3.000 m. The region shows the remains of intense volcanic activity
and glaciations leaving behind a ruggedly beautiful terrain, ideal for
walking, hiking and bird watching.
